Louis Guarrieri, Jr. - President and CEO since 1988, has been employed in the graphic arts industry since 1974. He earned his BA and took graduate courses at Villanova University, where he served as yearbook Editor-in-Chief. He was selected to “Who’s Who” in high school and college, and served on the newspaper staffs at both levels. He has worked in newspaper publishing and in advertising design and is a member of the Graphic Arts Association of the Delaware Valley (GAA), Printing Industries of America, Graphic Arts Technical Foundation, and the American Catholic Historical Society. He has lectured at Columbia University for the Press Association’s publishing conference, and was recognized in 1986 for his contributions to furthering the cause of student journalism with the Gold Key, the highest award of the Columbia University Scholastic Press Association. He is an adjunct member to the association, and also to the National Scholastic Press Advisers Association. Guarrieri serves on the President’s Advisory Board at Father Judge High School, and is past Chairman of the Board of Trustees of The Friends of West Catholic High School, an original member of the Advisory Board at Archbishop Ryan High School, member of the VALUE program (Villanova Alumni Lending Undergraduate Experience), and a past consultant and workshop coordinator for BLOCS (Business Leadership Organized for Catholic Schools). He is a fundraising volunteer for the Oblates of St. Francis de Sales (Wilmington/Philadelphia Province), and the Christian Brothers of Frederick (Baltimore Province).

Susan M. Heidt - Representative, is a native of Norristown, Pennsylvania where she wrote monthly school news articles for the Norristown Times Herald. She attended Millersville University where she received a degree in secondary education. Mrs. Heidt studied at the Sorbonne in Paris as part of her concentration in French education. While at Millersville she served as two-time Editor-in-Chief of the yearbook, President of the service sorority, Phi Lambda Sigma, and as a member of Pi Delta Epsilon, the national journalism society. She was selected to “Who’s Who” and also awarded the Earl M. Hite Award for service to student publications. Since 1974 she has trained more than 800 separate publication staffs, lectured at publications conferences for magazine and yearbook staffs, and been recognized as a major contributor to staffs winning national awards from the various press associations. In 1995 Mrs. Heidt was recognized for her contributions and received the Gold Key Award from Columbia University. Mrs. Heidt is a former member of the BLOCS marketing consultant group, and a founding member of the Board of Trustees of the Sisters of St. Francis’ Franciscan Ministries Foundation.

Lisa M. Buscaglia - Representative, is a graduate of Cabrini College where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the yearbook and worked part time at Cooke Publishing Company. The Woodcrest yearbook at Cabrini won awards for outstanding compilation, layout and content. Her degrees and certification in education and communications were awarded with highest honors, and coupled with involvement in student government, Academic Council, orientation, Kappa Sigma Omega (the service society), and campus ministry. Mrs. Buscaglia is a computer graphics expert, the first editor to compose the entire yearbook at Cabrini College on computer, with our instruction. She is adept at imparting the intricacies of layout preparation to all levels of students. She currently serves on the Alumni committee at Cardinal O’Hara; she assists the DIA at Cardinal O’Hara on the alumni newsletter; has served as the Teen Ministry Coordinator at St. Kevin and St. Francis of Assisi parishes in Springfield; has served as a member of the Pastoral Council at St. Kevin’s, and coordinator of music for the Office of Youth and Young Adults’ Operation Santa Claus Mass for the Archdiocese of Philadelphia; and was an adult volunteer coordinator for Camp Kismet in the Appalachian mountains of West Virginia.

Erica Gregory - Graphic Artist and Sales Assistant, is a Philadelphia native, and a graduate of Arcadia University in Wyncote, Pennsylvania. Erica designs publications in our Art Department, and assists our sales representatives with customer training and orientations. Experienced in all phases of page preparation, using Adobe Photoshop and InDesign, as well as Quark XPress, Erica can teach yearbook advisers and staff members on the proper use of our styles, templates, typography and deadline organization. In her spare time, Erica is an AACCA certified cheerleading competition judge and she coaches three cheerleading teams, varying in age from 9 to college-level.

Maureen Ricco - Creative Art Director, is a graduate of College of New Jersey (Trenton State College). Ms. Ricco assigns and oversees all creative designs for our customers, as well as personally prepares all covers and special projects. She sometimes accompanies our representatives or meets with school staffs at our facility. She offers training and advice in layout and typography with more than twenty years of graphic arts experience. She has personally designed many of the yearbooks, recruitment, admissions, and development publications at our schools.

Joseph Ciampaglia - Production Manager, is a graphics arts technician with a professional photography background. Mr. Ciampaglia coordinates all print and bind scheduling, and manages work flow and inventory management. While managing the production people at our Warminster facilities, he hosts and educates students taking company tours when meeting with representatives at our offices. He celebrates 38 years with our firm this season.
